The ph350 Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming law. ph350 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If ph350 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, ph350 will immediately terminate the associated account, delete the personal data, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required by its licensing conditions.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the ph350 Platform, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 13.

In certain circumstances, ph350 may transfer your personal data to recipients located outside the Philippines, for example where ph350 uses cloud infrastructure or game software providers based in other jurisdictions.

Any cross-border transfer of personal data by ph350 is conducted in compliance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act and the NPC's rules on cross-border data transfers. ph350 ensures that adequate safeguards are in place before transferring personal data internationally, including:

Where changes are material, ph350 will notify registered players via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will always be available at ph350.org/privacy-policy.
